This is a great opportunity to have breakfast with the Master of Engineering Class of 2019 and students from the School of Information. Now in our eighth year, the MEng program has grown to over 350 students from all areas of engineering (EECS, IEOR, Mechanical, Bioengineering, etc.) The one-year Master of Engineering program strives to develop leaders who are able to draw equally on their managerial and technical strengths, as they tackle major technological challenges and create innovative solutions in real-world settings. We prepare students to take on leadership positions in their chosen industry by merging their understanding of business and technical skills.
The Berkeley School of Information (I School) has a mission of improving the accessibility and usability of data. Our students focus in on this challenge from many angles - ux, data science, ux research, product management, engineering. In addition to our PhD program, we have three graduate degrees: the Master of Information Management & Systems program, Master of Information & Data Science, and Master of Information & Cybersecurity.
We hope that you can join us for this targeted networking event to learn more about our programs and to meet talented UC Berkeley Master's students!
