Spring Renewal: a Restorative Workshop with Abby Eaton & Saraswati Clere

Join us for a nourishing and rebalancing restorative yoga workshop, to help you feel revived and re-energized for Springtime.

The winter months can often leave us feeling tired and lethargic, and in need of a little extra TLC. This workshop is an opportunity for you to take some time out, give yourself permission to truly relax and rest, and to recharge your batteries.

We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding flow, working with the breath to calm the nervous system, gently stretch the body and become present.

We will then move through restorative yoga poses to relax and restore the body, and rebalance the mind and spirit. We’ll use props (bolsters, blankets and eye pillows) to create deliciously comfortable, cosy poses that allow the body to get into a deep state of relaxation.

Throughout the class various essential oils derived from plants will be offered to those who wish. The postures and oils are designed to help return you to a sense of ease.

After this session of deep relaxation, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored and re-energized ready to spring into Spring!

Cost: $20 before March 15, $30 afterPlease click here to register directly through our website
