Real Work, Real Conversations

What do you do when work gets complicated—not technically, but interpersonally?

Real Work, Real Conversations brings students together to discuss real professional scenarios from eHub mentors’ lives—moments when values, identities, and expectations collide. In small groups, you’ll explore how you might respond, learn from peers with different perspectives, and reflect on what it means to show up skillfully in challenging situations.

Created in collaboration between the eHub, the Berkeley Haas Director of Inclusion & Belonging, and BHGAP, this series recognizes a core truth: entrepreneurship—and life—require the ability to have real conversations across difference. This is a place to practice that skill together.
