We will be returning to Live Oak Park Lawn and preparing for the spring equinox, a moment of cosmological balance. Through the sound journey, journaling, and community we will align with our highest, most empowered self while harmonizing the physical and energetic body as well as the mind.Event DetailsDate: 4/11/2026Time: 10 am - 12 pmLocation: Live Oak Park Lawn, 1221 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley, CA 94709Duration: 2 hoursWhat to ExpectCome early to enjoy some light snacks and to relax and set up your space before we begin. We will open with an introduction, followed by a guided sound bath featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, drums, and chimes. After the sound bath, we will transition into a gratitude journaling session. Prompts will be provided to help with reflection and integration, encouraging mindfulness and self-awareness.
