- **Event Description**: As we dreamt this summer about how the new South Wing could serve our own spiritual needs and the wider community, we found yoga is a popular activity that supports both aspirations. We are beginning our Yoga programs with a Mindfulness and Heartfulness Yoga class with Chelsea Rappel.  

All abilities and disabilities are welcome.
 
Sliding scale of $15-$45 is recommended. 
No one will be turned away.  

Chelsea Rappel is a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing (TM) Practitioner, and Mindfulness Educator located in Oakland, CA. With over 15 years of experience, Chelsea is passionate about helping others connect to their bodies in a way that is joyful, nourishing, and accessible. Come as you are for gentle movement, mindfulness and HEARTfulness that will leave you feel more at home inside yourself.
