What is MBSR?

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an evidence-based, life-affirming course in conscious living. Backed by science, and adopted in medical centers and healthcare settings around the world, MBSR has been shown to help with numerous challenges including:


Anxiety and worry

Chronic pain

Sleep disturbance


Grief and loss

And to promote:

Higher levels of awareness


And thriving

In this program, you will learn:

Key aspects of mindfulness as it relates to stress reduction, coping with pain and illness, and enhancing well-being

How to apply and practice mindfulness techniques as a way to deal more effectively with stressors and difficulties present in everyday life

How to integrate mindfulness into social interactions to facilitate more effective and mindful communication

Some of the science (including neuroscience) behind mindfulness and the practices being taught

Program details and dates:

Class 1 - February 13th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 2 - February 20th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 3 - February 27th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 4 - March 6th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 5 - March 13th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 6 - March 20th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 7 - March 27th, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Class 8 - April 3rd, 2019 from 6:30-9pm

All day retreat - March 23rd, 2019 from 9am-4:30pm

Early Bird Special: $400 (That’s $100 off if you register prior to January 25th, 2019)
