The California Court of Appeals overturned Wayne Hsiung’s felony conviction for his role in rescuing 37 abused hens from a factory egg farm called Sunrise Farms. They also overturned his misdemeanor trespass conviction for his role in the rescue of 32 sick ducklings from Reichardt Duck Farm.Join us at this week’s Meetup to hear about this positive step forward and what it means for animal rights and the Right to Rescue! We will be hearing from Justin Marceau, who successfully represented Wayne in the appeal.
