Yes, you CAN make sake at home. And you can do it using a lot of the same equipment you would use to make homemade beer or wine. You just need a few special ingredients and some additional equipment, that you more than likely already have in your kitchen, to make delicious sake you’d be happy to share with your friends and family. Join us at Oak Barrel Winecraft in Berkeley for a special four hour class and learn each of the steps needed to turn rice into”rice wine”. This will be a hands-on, live demo session.
