Through the sound journey, journaling, and community we will align with our highest, most empowered self while harmonizing the physical and energetic body as well as the mind.July's offering lands right in the middle of Mercury retrograde in Cancer. However, this retrograde isn't about damage control. It's an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and offer yourself a little more tenderness than you usually make room for. Come and let the sounds tend to your inner home, to the feelings that have been quietly, or not so quietly, welling up these past few weeks. This is a space to meet yourself with care and compassion, to breathe through what's been sitting heavy, and to remember that moving through is its own kind of medicine. No agenda. No fixing. Just a morning of being held in community while you find your way back to yourself.All are welcome. We will open with an introduction, followed by a guided sound bath featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, drums, and chimes. After the sound bath, we will transition into a gratitude journaling session. Prompts will be provided to help with reflection and integration, encouraging mindfulness and self-awareness.
