Group therapy can help us feel more connected, improve our relationships, and practice new ways of being with others.Equal parts improv class and therapy group, this class facilitates self-growth in an environment that is both playful and supportive.This drop-in is a single session, designed to give participants a taste of the Improv For Growth 10-week series (however there is no pressure to join that series.)No prior improv experience necessary.Come unprepared!Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.Masks are optional.Danspace is a shoes-off space. Some participants may want to bring cozy socks or slippers.This drop-in will take place at a therapy office space near Ashby BART. Please note that the space has a set of stairs up to it. Details on how to get into the building will be sent after registering.Facilitated by Elizabeth Ehrenberg, LCSW.Elizabeth Ehrenberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#64143) with over 15 years of experience as a group therapist and over two decades of experience doing improv. She has been running Living Improv groups since 2015.
