Create some warmth in your life this Winter! Come move your body with Karma at Afro Dance Workout classes in January and February at the YWCA! Have you been hibernating for the holiday season? It is time for you to move again and get energized! Come learn super fun moves to some of your favorite Afrobeats songs along with Brazilian, Reggaeton and more. This is a cardio dance class that blends samba, Afro-Brazilian, Afrobeats, Congolese dance styles. Join us for one of the most joyful, fun and energizing ways to workout!
Afro Dance Workout with Karma is a one-hour dance class experience that features a variety of dance styles. This class incorporates the genres of dance Karma has studied throughout her career including but not limited to Afrobeats, West African, Afro-Brazilian, Samba, Congolese, and more. Each class starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down.
This class is designed for all levels—no prior experience needed.
