Who: Open to all levelsโabsolutely no experience required!
New to Yoga? Here's What You Need to Know:
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธWear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธBring a yoga mat if you have one (we have extras if you donโt!).
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธArrive min 5 minutes early to settle in and meet your teacher.
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธBookings are essential as spaces are limited.
You donโt need to be flexible or โknow the posesโโthis class is about showing up as you are.
