Berkeley Free Your Voice--Chakra Tuning 10 wk class

Free Your Voice--Tune your chakras: Get aligned and shine your light! Sound, sing, speak, move and express your chakras in this playful, healing workshop that explores the Indian chakra (energy) system. Open and balance them through breath breath meditations, toning, movement with sound, Indian devotional chanting and mantra, songs from around the world, drama therapy, expressive arts, improv, play and community-building exercises. Explore the psychological aspects of each chakra through embodied sound and movement. This 10-week course is fun, deep, and community-building.

Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions.
