Join us at the stunning grounds of the Lotus Lodge at Our Secret Garden for a Spring Self Care Sunday morning with Master Simon Blow @simonblowqigong Tune into a more harmonised lifestyle & discover the sustenance tools to support your health & wellbeing as we transition from Winter into Spring with Holistic Healing Qigong. Qigong is one of the components of the holistic system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With regular practice, Qigong helps cleanse the body of toxins, restores energy, reduces stress & anxiety, & assists in maintaining a healthy active life.

This morning workshop is suitable for new & continuing participants. No experience nor equipment needed!
Included is a range of simple Qigong forms, easy Breathwork & relaxing Meditation: Qi Preparation, Warm Up, Wudang Longevity Taiji Hunyuan Zhuang Qigong, + Qigong Meditation. 

Wudang Longevity is a flowing practice that strengthens our own Qi lifeforce energy/essence by harmonising with the external Qi lifeforce energy/essence to bring in a state of greater coherence.
Spring is a time for growth & vitality; for us to bloom & shine again - just as nature shows us.
