The aim is to foster meaningful connections and offer encouragement. Participants have the opportunity to explore their personal experiences and challenges, cultivating compassion and community within the group. 

This group offers an open discussion format where participants are encouraged to share their thoughts freely. Each session starts and ends with a grounding exercise to foster a supportive environment. Participation in discussions and exercises is entirely voluntary, and attendees are welcome to leave and return as needed during the session.

This free group meets on the last Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted. Registration is required 24 hours in advance. A minimum of two people must be registered to run this group.
