In der dunkelsten Zeit des Jahres wenden wir uns ihr zu:
An diesem Freitag tanzen wir so lange in und durch die Nacht, bis ihre Weite und Tiefe uns in unsere eigenen Tiefen geführt hat, tauchen in den Dimensionen zwischen Bewusstsein und Unterbewusstsein nach den Perlen unserer eigenen Inspiration und lassen uns von unserem Traum berühren!
Wer mag beginnt die Reise mit der SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS von 20-22 Uhr. Danach tanzen wir Wave after Wave...durch die längste Nacht und den Traum.
Die 5Rhythmen sind uns dabei Wegweiser, Weggefährten und Landkarten zugleich. Welle für Welle lassen wir uns von ihnen mitnehmen auf eine magische Reise durch die Nacht, in der wir unsere Wurzeln ehren, unser Feuer schüren, Einschränkungen abwerfen, durch die Zeit fliegen, und immer wieder in unserer Mitte landen, um uns aus ihr heraus in die Magie des gegenwärtigen Augenblicks hinein zu weben.
„Für manche Kulturen bedeutet Dunkelheit nichts weiter als das Unbekannte, das Mysterium, und die Leute begeben sich voller wunderbarer Erwartungen hinein. Sie ist der Tunnel ins heilige Unbekannte, ein Abenteuer ins Unsichtbare. Wenn wir uns intim mit der Dunkelheit in uns verbünden, dann verbindet uns das mit allem und jedem um uns herum. Haben wir die Dunkelheit erstmal kennen gelernt, kann jeder Augenblick zur Meditation werden.“

Sie tanzt seit Kindesalter (Standard & Latein, Jazz-, Rock n Roll, Modern-, Contact, Butoh...), ist interdisziplinäre Künstlerin (Malerei (Dipl.), Installationen, Performance), Kunsttherapeutin (Dipl.) und Kunst(v)ermittlerin (25 Jahre Workshop-Erfahrung), Mutter 2er Söhne (16+19) und Gründerin von LichtschachT – art investigation und der Initiative Art und Medicine of Rhythm (A&MoR). Sonja ist aktives Mitglied der ICMTA und 5RTA.
Voller liebevoller Verrücktheit & tiefer Empfindsamkeit hält sie mit Klarheit & Erfahrung einen Raum, in dem Vertrauen leichtfällt.

In the darkest time of the year, we turn to it:
On this Friday, we will dance into and through the night until its vastness and depth have led us into our own depths, dive into the dimensions between consciousness and subconsciousness for the pearls of our own inspiration and let ourselves be touched by our dream!
Those who like will start the journey with the SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS, after which we dance wave after wave...through this long night and the dream.
The 5Rhythms are guideposts, companions and maps at the same time. Wave after wave, we let them take us on a magical journey through the night, in which we honor our roots, stoke our fire, throw off restrictions, fly through time, and land again and again in our center to weave ourselves out of it into the magic of the present moment.

It is the tunnel into the sacred unknown, an adventure into the unseen. When we become intimate with the darkness within us, it connects us to everything and everyone around us. Once we get to know the darkness, every moment can become a meditation.”

Sonja Hellmann is a certified 5Rhythms teacher and has been practicing for 22 years. She has been dancing since childhood (standard & Latin, jazz, rock ‘n’ roll, modern, contact, butoh...), is an interdisciplinary artist (painting (diploma), installations, performance), art therapist (diploma) and art educator (25 years of workshop experience), mother of two sons (16+19) and founder of LichtschachT – art investigation and the Art and Medicine of Rhythm (A&MoR) initiative. Sonja is an active member of the ICMTA and 5RTA.Full of loving madness and deep sensitivity, she uses her clarity and experience to hold a space where trust comes easily.
