Sunday, January 4th, Lise Hendrix and Monica Josefine are hosting a beautiful New Year ceremony at ERA Life Center in Bergen.

This time of year is such a powerful threshold.

Many of us celebrate New Year’s Eve with parties, friends, drinks and fireworks —
and that can be wonderful but this is an deep invitation to slow down,
to turn inward and truly feel what this transition asks of us.

✨ To reflect on what has passed
✨ To honor the lessons of the last year
✨ To consciously set intentions for the year ahead

This gathering is created as a sacred pause —
a space for introspection, connection and ceremony,
held under the energy of the Full Moon, which naturally supports release, clarity and renewal.

Together we will move through:
✨ cacao ceremony
✨ Writing intentions for the coming year
✨ Visualizations and inner journeys
✨ Movement and dancing
✨ Ritual and celebration of the passage from one year into the next

This is an invitation to step into the new year with presence, depth and intention,
held in a warm and supportive circle.
