LAB workshop
A focused skills workshop for yogis who already practice and want to build more confidence in low arm balances and headstands - with clear progressions, safe technique and plenty of time to practice.
This is not a “show-off” class. We will work step by step, with options for different levels, so you can learn how to enter, hold and exit each pose safely.
What we’ll practice:
• Low arm balances: Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Flying Splits (Eka Pada Koundinyasana II), Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) + one additional variation depending on the group
• Headstand in two versions: Forearm headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) and Tripod headstand (Sirsasana II)
• Short, repeatable mini-sequences (not only single poses)
• Strength & control drills for wrists, shoulders, core and hips
• Optional partner work, spotting techniques and wall support for safe practice
Level:
Best suited for beginner +/ intermediate / intermediate + students.
You don’t need to “already have the poses”, but you should feel comfortable in a regular vinyasa class and be willing to work with technique.
You’ll leave with:
• Clear entry and exit strategies
• Practical drills you can repeat at home
• More confidence, better control and a safer approach to inversions and arm balances
