A Tantric Journey is a 2-day workshop that introduces some of the essential aspects of the Tantra path, primarily to live more aware and loving in all aspects of life, including patterns of relating, emotions, and thoughts. It is basically to bring a deeper awareness and a loving embrace to some of our most unconscious ways of living. In this time together, we will explore and discover an inner union through the harmonisation of the polarities that constitute our essence. The workshop offers a transformative journey, exploring all the dimensions of the human life experience (body, mind, emotions and spirit) through meditative practices inspired by sutras from the sacred scripture Vigyan Bhairav ​​Tantra. What is Tantra? Originally from the sacred scripture Vigyan Bhairav ​​Tantra (VBT), Tantra means "method" or "technique", as well as that which expands, in the sense of the expansion of consciousness. Bhairav ​​is another name for Shiva, or pure consciousness, and Vigyan means pure knowledge. In its origins, Tantra is characterised by a vision of the sacredness of nature, recognising the presence of the divine in everything that exists. VBT consists of 112 meditative techniques divided into: 1.⁠ ⁠Methods of Perception: Focus on breathing, thoughts and emotions. 2. Visualisation Methods: Images and symbols to release stagnant energies. 3. Sound Methods: Mantras and sound vibrations. 4. Movement Methods: Body and breathing practices. These methods aim to: 1. Focus on Consciousness: Explores the nature of pure consciousness. 2. Meditation and Love: Offers techniques to achieve inner union. 3. Polarities: Addresses the interconnection between masculine and feminine. 4. Sexual and sensual energy: Proposes the transformation of sexual energy into spiritual energy. 5. Liberation: Aims to free oneself from the restrictions and perceptions of the ego.
