- **Event Description**: Welcome to a feminine sanctuary!! 
I am back in Bergen again and am delighted to invite you to this Soulful Sensuality embodiment workshop. By giving love and attention to our bodies - with dancing, connecting and playing together, we create safety in our bodies and our nervous-systems so that we can come back to wholeness and learn to contain more of the beautiful dimensions of our heart & soul. 
In that safety we become more open to experience sensuality in its natural and innocent sense. Not performing, but feeling, not repressing or avoiding - but allowing and honouring all parts of us - to be felt, moved, enjoyed. It's an invitation to fall in love with yourself and your body. 

Most of us accumulate stress and tension comes from the overly mental/ psychological activities in our daily lives, which disconnects us form ourselves, each other and from life. In my experience it is only by becoming embodied - that we can be fully present, at ease, and open to love and joy, to help ourselves heal and let go, to find that sweet-spot of being grounded in our body and heart.

Through this experience, you may:

This workshop is for all women who feel a longing to find more intimacy with themselves and life, and together we create a safe space for us to feel comfortable opening up. You are invited to share your unique expression and celebrate your femininity, without judgments or expectations, there's no right or wrong, just an exploration, a dance... a journey back to your essence.

No previous experience is needed ❤

✨More About Me :
To be able to share loving, authentic, true presence in the heart and being - is the most beautiful thing I can experience with others. It has formed an ongoing exploration of dance and embodiment practice, and learning about love - which I've called Moving Love.
I have always been dancing; when I dance I am free, I am soulful. In addition to having a background in many different contemporary dance practices - dancing freely & intuitively, just as my body feels like - has always been my "freespace", a way to connect with my essence, my inner world. It is a way to listen to myself and to cultivate self love. I have 20 years of experience in facilitating Moving Love classes - a practice which was born out of this passion for dancing freely - combined with the deep longing to realise my true self, to come home to the Heart and to Love.
I am also devoted to practicing meditation and various self-development tools in ongoing retreats with my Beloved Master Vasant Swaha and have been doing that for the past 20 years
