Afro Cuban Roots – Dance Workshop

Dive into the foundations of Afro-Cuban dance and culture in this dynamic and inspiring workshop. We will explore traditional movements, rhythm, grounding, body isolation, and musical interpretation rooted in Afro-Cuban heritage.

This workshop is open to all levels and focuses on connection, expression, and understanding the cultural roots that shape Afro-Cuban dance and influence many modern styles today.

Come ready to move, learn, and connect deeply with the music and your body.
