Wear comfortable, quick drying clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Athletic or yoga apparel is recommended.

All SUP activities are WEATHER PERMITTING. Safety is our #1 priority. Inclement weather including but not limited to rain, threat of storms, air quality issues, colder temps and wind are not suitable for SUP yoga.
