We are happy to host Jonathan Lambert, the founder of The Art of Staying Sharp. Jonathan is a certified end-of-life doula and kirtan facilitator dedicated to bridging generational gaps, combatting the loneliness epidemic, and offering spiritual and musical healing to WNY and beyond.

Inspired by his grandfather’s legacy, Jonathan’s unique journey spans a decade as an artist and documentarian in the extreme metal scene to a life of profound spiritual service. Guided by Bhakti Yoga, Vipassana meditation, and the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai (finding your true purpose), Jonathan brings raw authenticity and unconditional love to everything he does. Through his work all across the WNY area, he focuses on keeping the spiritual body alive, vibrant, and connected.
