Clinicians Happy Hour – A Collective Field
Experience the whole that’s more than the sum of its parts as we unwind from the world around us and connect to a deeper sense of equanimity.
Every second Thursday of the month, I’ll be hosting a free Happy Hour for mental health professionals in our Gestalt community. My hope is to remind us all—through lived experience, not just ideas—that the synergy of groups is profoundly restorative.
6:00 p.m. – Light appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
Come as you are: bring nothing, or bring something—or someone—to share or donate.
6:30 p.m. – We’ll gather in a simple circle process to “come as we are” and share some of the weight we’ve been carrying, together.
8:00 p.m. – Harvesting: a gentle group closure to honor what emerged and carry forward what nourishes.
