You don’t need to be injured to benefit — in fact, we’re all about prevention. Our goal is to identify early signs of movement limitations, imbalances, or areas of stress before they lead to injury. Whether it’s your shoulders, fingers, hips, or core — we’re here to help keep you on the wall and off the sidelines.

• 15-minute, 1-on-1 screening sessions with a licensed physical therapist
