This time allows everyone to arrive, settle into the space, meet one another, and ease into the gathering in a natural, welcoming way. Next, we’ll move into one hour of quiet creative and reflective time. Participants are invited to journal, sketch, scrapbook, or engage in any form of personal creative expression they enjoy. During this time, a live sound bath immersion will be offered for approximately 30–45 minutes, creating a soothing atmosphere that supports relaxation, creativity, and inward reflection. The gathering will close with 30 minutes of optional conversation and sharing. Participants may share reflections from their time, connect with others, or simply listen and be present. There is no pressure to speak—this portion is simply an opportunity to deepen connection and community. This series will be hosted every third Saturday of the month. Come to one gathering or join us regularly—all are welcome. Our intention is simply to build community and offer women a safe, supportive space where they can show up just as they are and take time to slow down, reflect, and connect.
