Get ready to stretch, breathe, and play! This lively yoga class is designed for all ages and blends age-appropriate poses with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and a whole lot of fun. We’ll move to music, play imaginative games, and explore yoga in a way that keeps yogis of all ages excited and engaged.
Perfect for all elementary grades (K–12), and no experience is needed—just bring your energy and curiosity! Parents and guardians are welcome to join in the fun too. Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like!
