Celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations
Join YogaSix Instructor Julie for a powerful moving meditation celebrating the longest day of the year. Together, we’ll flow through 108 Sun Salutations—an energizing and transformative practice that symbolizes renewal, strength, and inner fire. All levels are welcome; modifications and rest are encouraged throughout.

Why 108?
In yogic tradition, 108 is considered a sacred and auspicious number—a Harshad number in Sanskrit, meaning “great joy.” Completing 108 Sun Salutations is a physical and mental commitment that represents letting go, cleansing, and stepping forward with purpose. You'll also learn about the six foundational steps that make up each salutation, helping to deepen your understanding of vinyasa and breath-to-movement practice.
