Also known as 𝘕𝘢𝘮𝘨𝘺𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦 in Tibetan, this ritual includes 1,000 offerings of flowers, water, tormas (ritual cakes), candles and incense to remove obstacles to health and life.

You are encouraged to attend this puja in person and chant as many Namgyalma mantras as you can. At the end of the ritual, you will have the opportunity to partake of blessed long life pills and nectar.
