"Girl Dinner" Snack Tray - Handbuilding Pottery Class

Girlies, have you ever made your renowned Girl Dinner and needed just the perfect plate for it?!! Well, now you can make just that with this beginner- friendly hand building event! We will make just the perfect vessel to hold your ketchup (or ranch) for those sides of left over fries, a section for your handful of mismatched olives, a section for your string cheese, a lil section for that ibuprofen (because some days it just calls for it), and whatever else you have with your meal! We will construct our pieces using slabs and coils and pinch pots! During the event, we will decorate the pieces with underglaze.

Pieces made in class will need 3 weeks to dry and be kiln-fired. You can either choose a color for us to glaze your piece for you, or return to the studio to glaze it yourself during open hours for no additional fee. Either way, you will receive a text message when they are ready for you. All pottery must be picked up within 60 days.

Important Details:

-Clay can get messy. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Aprons will be provided.

-Feel free to bring your own "girl dinner" and drinks.

-This class is for age 13 and up! All under age 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

-Tickets are non-refundable.
