Beginners Yoga at The Clubhouse

Join us for a beginners Yoga class at The Clubhouse in Hurricane Lake Estates! This class is co-ed, for Hurricane Lake Estates Residents, and the cost is $10 per class.
We will be doing easy, gentle stretching focusing on parts of our body where we hold tension and stress. This class is more of a chill out than a work out, great for anyone wanting to relax or ease into fitness. Bring a mat with you, or I will have a couple you can borrow. Hope to see you there!
