Benton Ranger 8th Grade Boys Weightlifting Camp 2026 💪
Mark your calendars! The Benton High School Football Coaching Staff is kicking off their annual weightlifting camp for incoming 9th-grade athletes.
📅 Start Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2026
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
📍 Location: BCHS Weight Room, Rich Herrin Gym (Campers will meet in the commons through the Main Entrance of BCHS)
This camp will focus on weightlifting fundamentals, conditioning, and healthy habits — a great way to prepare for the upcoming seasons!
💲 Cost: $50 (includes camp T-shirt)
