We’ll begin with a dharmic reflection and guided meditation to hold space for gratitude, followed by a slower, breath-centered vinyasa flow designed to align, strengthen, and center the body and mind. This hour-long practice will leave you grounded, refreshed, and connected.

After class, unwind with community during a social hour—complete with a complimentary wine pour from the beautiful Dalset Wines. ?‍♀️ + ? = the perfect holiday blend!
