Whether you’re presenting in a boardroom, hosting a podcast, appearing on TV, or leading a live event, the way you present yourself matters. This course will give you the tools, confidence, and strategies to speak with clarity and authenticity, connect with your audience, and command attention.
You’ll learn how to craft compelling stories, project charisma on camera, handle interviews with confidence, and navigate challenging questions with poise. You’ll also discuss body language, outfit choices, and the subtle media techniques that will help you present yourself and your expertise in the best way possible.
The course will be led by Catherine McDonald, Director of Popping Orange Communications. Catherine has worked with and for media outlets in a career that spans three decades. She has produced and directed programmes for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, before creating Popping Orange to make podcasts, films and offer communications consultancy.
