Doors open at 8AM ONLY for HAIR/MAKEUP. Do not arrive earlier to sit and wait. These contestants have first priority to enter the doors. IF no appointment is made with H/M, you will be asked to wait in your car. Please don't show up until time for your registration. We are inside setting up and need this time to get organized. Group 1: 0-8 year old girls and boys. 9:00 - 9:45 for registration. Anyone late will risk walking with their group. Registration starts at 9:00am ends at 9:45 ( dont be late) Pageant starts promptly at 10 am Group 2: ages 9 and up girls and boys Registration starts at 10:30, don’t be late to risk walking with your group. Starts asap for group 2. Attire is OOC for everyone (age appropriate) no midriffs or body parts showing, be conservative. Custom, off the rack, or Sundays best. Welcome to La Vie De Belle's 2nd Annual Pageant. We are honored to have you join us. We want our contestants to have fun and make memories with us. This is not a contracted pageant, but we would love for our royalty to wear your crown and sash proudly when you get the chance to participate in community events and parades. Doing these small gestures help us get the word out about our pageants. 850 Hudson Creek Road Colfax La 71417 Entering: You must pay a $20 deposit after Remaining FEES are DUE before pageant or day of the pageant. You will not be allowed to compete if not. You may pay in full at time of registration a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. A $10 late fee is charged for door entries day of pageant. IF you cannot make this pageant for ANY reason, all fees paid, are NONrefundable. You can cashapp, paypal, or venmo your deposits/entry fees. @Krewelaviedebelle NO CHECKS accepted. There are NO REFUNDS/NO TRANSFERS. The Director and its staff reserve the right to combine or pull divisions on numbers. The director and its staff has the right to combine groups if needed or split groups as needed. So be aware your contestant may not be in the same category they are use to depending on how many contestants we have. Admission: $10 CASH at the door to all guests for their wristband will be needed. Everyone except contestant, H/M, photographer, judges, emcee, and all krewe members, and children under 3 are FREE. Everyone else MUST pay the door admission into this pageant. This helps pay for staff and our judges, security, venue, etc. Responsibility: The Krewe La Vie De Belle and its members, director and staff, will not be held responsible for lost articles or personal property and not responsible for accidents or personal care of the contestants. The parent has full responsibility of the contestant in his/her care. The venue, Hudson Creek Community Center or its affiliates will NOT be held responsible for contestants, guests, or their property. Conduct/ Actions The contestant, and all guests of anyone involved in this pageant is required to listen, acknowledge instructions, and show good sportmanship at all times during this pageant. Anyone , parents, guests, contestant, etc., who before, during or after this pageant shows any bad sportsmanship will be dismissed and will be immediately required to foreit all awards won, crown, trophies, title, sashes, etc., of the contestant and will be escorted off the premises without a refund. There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere inside the building. People who violate this will be asked to leave without refund. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves if a mess is made. If there is a problem it needs to be addressed immediately to be brought to the attention of the Krewe staff to let the Director know. Winners: We expect our Queens and Kings to conduct themselves with dignity of the title they hold. Age groups from TEEN, MISS (gets use of our robe/sceptor for pics and events) our Ms, Mrs, up to Classic Lady, will receive invites to our upcoming formal night event. TEEN – Classic Lady Miss Queens/Kings must post to us at least 3 events you upheld throughout the year are required to submit for us on our official Krewe Page. (Community service events, charity appearance, pageants or krewe events, volunteer or outreach, festivals, parades, etc.) Score sheets will be posted after division is finished. Registration Divisional side awards included: best smile/prettiest hair/prettiest eyes, best fashion, groups photogenic. Stage will be basic T-formation, but come to have fun… Age appropriate hair and make up is needed. Tattoos are allowed, but any facial tattoos or piercings of any kind, must be taken out. Judges will be judging on Attire, Beauty, Overall appearance, Personality on stage. Modeling is not being judged for this pageant.
