IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!! Doors open at 8AM ONLY for HAIR/MAKEUP. Do not arrive earlier to sit and wait. These contestants have first priority to enter the doors. IF no appointment is made with H/M, please don't show up until 8:45 - 9:45 for registration. Anyone late will risk walking with their group.

Attire is OOC for everyone (age appropriate) no midriffs or body parts showing) be conservative.
Welcome to La Vie De Belle's 2nd Annual Pageant. We are honored to have you join us. We want our contestants to have fun and make memories with us. This is not a contracted pageant, but we would love for our royalty to wear your crown and sash proudly when you get the chance to participate in community events and parades. Doing these small gestures help us get the word out about our pageants.

Entering:
You must register for this pageant no later than December 31st. You will not be allowed to compete if not. You may pay in full at time of registration a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. IF you cannot make this pageant for ANY reason, all fees are NONrefundable.
You MUST PAY a $30 NONREFUNDABLE fee for your deposit to hold your spot. The rest is due on Jan 1st and no later. You can cashapp, paypal, or venmo your deposits/entry fees. NO CHECKS accepted. There are NO REFUNDS/NO TRANSFERS. The Director and its staff reserve the right to combine or pull divisions on numbers. You can bump your child up, you cannot bump down in age groups. The director and its staff has the right to combine groups if needed or split groups as needed. So be aware your contestant may not be in the same category they are use to depending on how many contestants we have.
Admission: $10 CASH at the door with wristband will be needed.
Everyone except contestant, H/M, photographer, judges, emcee, and all krewe members, and children under 3 are FREE. Everyone else MUST pay the door admission into this pageant. This helps pay for staff and our judges, secuity, venue, etc.
Responsibility: The Krewe La Vie De Belle and its members, director and staff, will not be held responsible for lost articles or personal property and not responsible for accidents or personal care of the contestants. The parent has full responsibility of the contestant in his/her care. The venue, Hudson Creek Community Center or its affiliates will NOT be held responsible for contestants, guests, or their property.
Conduct/ Actions
The contestant, and all guests of anyone involved in this pageant is required to listen, acknowledge instructions, and show good sportmanship at all times during this pageant. Anyone , parents, guests, contestant, etc., who before, during or after this pageant shows any bad sportsmanship will be dismissed and will be immediately required to foreit all awards won, crown, trophies, title, sashes, etc., of the contestant and will be escorted off the premises without a refund. There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere inside the building. People who violate this will be asked to leave without refund.
We expect everyone to clean up after themselves if a mess is made. If there is a problem it needs to be addressed immediately to be brought to the attention of the Krewe staff to let the Director know.
Winners:
We expect our Queens and Kings to conduct themselves with dignity of the title they hold. Winners are encouraged to participate in parades or fundraisers as much as possible in your area and surroundings.
Score sheets will be posted after division is finished. Take pics of them, please do not take the score sheets!

Registration Divisional side awards included: best smile/prettiest hair/prettiest eyes, best fashion, photogenic. Modeling will be basic T-formation with 1 x in the back and has to be used.
Age appropriate hair and make up is allowed. Tattoos are allowed. Facial earrings must be taken out.
Judges will be judging on Attire, Beauty, Overall appearance.
Modeling is for 4 and up ONLY!! Age groups are open to all contestants.
Doors will open at 9:00 am for all guests
