Through safe, real-world examples such as receiving a suspicious fictional voice message asking for urgent money participants will build confidence in interacting with and verifying information.This workshop is practical, supportive, and designed for everyone. Participants will learn how to:Deepfake Awareness: Recognise signs that an image or voice may have been artificially generated or altered.Verification Steps: Apply a consistent set of checks before trusting or acting on AI-generated content.Pause Before Sharing: Build the habit of stopping to review before forwarding any message or media to others.Apply Safe AI Practices: Always use safe practice data and ensure human review is appliedLearning OutcomeBy the end of this session, you will be able to recognise common AI-generated media risks and apply simple checks.
