August 1st, 5 - 7 p.m. Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing & Bouquet Making Event
Studio 4:8 Yoga & Tailored Life present: First Friday Yoga and Bouquet Making! This unique experience is designed to help you unwind, reset, connect, and relax.
We will begin with a 60-minute all-levels restorative yoga practice led by Bonnie, focusing on Psalm 4:8, in our cozy new location in Bennet. This soothing session will conclude with a relaxing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and more, providing you with a serene and meditative experience.
Following the yoga practice, we'll take a short walk across the street to Tailored Life for a hands-on bouquet-making session. Here, you'll have the opportunity to create your own beautiful arrangement to take home. Refreshments will be provided to enhance your experience.
This event is the perfect way to de-stress before the back-to-school rush. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing this wonderful experience together.
