Guided Self-Help Strategies for Grief

Facilitated by Dr. Don Oyao, this is a free event brought to the community by the In Harmony Foundation. Recommended for ages 10 and up - attend as a family! Somatic healing strategies for the mind, body and spirit through gentle, hands-on practices.
