Wapiti Waddle Duck Race

Join us for the 5th Annual Wapiti Waddle Duck Race! Our ducks will take a swim in Bennett’s Branch in the village of Benezette and race to the finish line where someone will be the top finisher and receive a $1000 cash prize!

First Duck to cross the finish line will win $1000, Second Duck will win $500 and the Third duck will win $250 in cash prizes! We will have lots games and additional prizes to be drawn the day of the event. Ducks will be available for adoption online now through Friday, May 23rd. Ducks can still be purchased in person the day of the event on Saturday May 24th. All proceeds will benefit KECA’s Conservation Education and Habitat Enhancement programs in Elk Country.

Ducks will be dropped promptly into Trout Run at 1PM. The ducks will then make their way down the beautiful Bennett's Branch into a large net to then be collected by the KECA staff.
