The Reset - A Restorative Wellness Experience

The Reset is a two-hour restorative wellness gathering designed to support deep rest, reflection, and renewal. This experience offers a calm, sensory-rich space to slow down, gently reset the nervous system, and reconnect with a grounded sense of ease.

Guests are welcomed into a softly candle-lit Wellness Center and guided through a nurturing blend of gentle movement, mindfulness, sound, aromatherapy, and herbal nourishment. The experience is intentionally slow and accessible, supporting both physical relaxation and emotional recalibration.

Through yin yoga, guided meditation, and sound bath integration, guests are invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for reflection. A simple intention-setting ritual anchors the experience, while seasonal herbal elixirs and teas offer warmth and gentle support from arrival through closing.

This experience includes:
