Reiki & Restorative

This is a 90-minute experience that includes Restorative Yoga, collective Reiki, optional individual Reiki, vocal Reiki, and healing light language transmissions.

Carolyn will guide a channeled, intuitive meditation that will be followed throguhout the whole class.

This class is intended for anyone who is interested in immersing themselves in the more restorative aspects of yoga, while fine-tuning their energy field and deepening their connection to spirit.

How I work: As an intuitive guide, I come to my sessions and classes with a loose plan, with the intention and comitment to deliver what the individuals that show up need that day.

When: Saturday, November 22, 5-6:30pm

Where: The Hanai Center, Forest Room

Energy exchange: $33-44, sliding scale

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow. The Hanai Center does have extra mats and blankets, but please try to bring your own as supplies are limited.
