He is a championship cutting horse trainer and holds a German Equestrian Federation (FN) license in dressage training and sport jumping. A horseman with a diverse background, Lester worked with the legendary Ray Hunt, then went on to supervise colt starting and training at the famous Parker Ranch in Hawaii and the King Ranch in Texas. He has started more than 3,000 horses and schooled elite level dressage and jumping horses, as well as those used on working ranches. Lester doesn't just help with your riding, he also helps you gain insight into your horse's point of view so you can create a better relationship with your equine partner. His emphasis is on kindness, lightness and connection. Published in "The Western Horseman" magazine and covered in the "Eclectic Horseman", Lester was an associate and highly regarded by such great horsepeople as Sheila Varian and noted foal imprinter the late Dr. Robert Miller. 

Riders return year after year to advance their knowledge in their favorite events, including cowboy dressage, cutting, cattle work, jumping, classical and western dressage and trail work.
