This is the class for that.Lynette Ruppert will guide you through all seven chakras, one at a time. There are no steps to learn and nobody is watching. The lights are low, your eyes are closed, and you move the way your body wants to move. Think of it as a moving meditation set to music made for each energy center. You'll finish by drawing a mandala and sharing as much or as little as you like in a closing circle. Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in their body. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events4/banners/855fc9e0-bc57-11f1-9913-21574437e213-rimg-w740-h740-dcf8e8d8-gmir.jpg Is this class for you? This class is a good fit if you are new to Chakradance™. If you love the morning, you can join the full series. → https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/85791e40-bc57-11f1-9913-21574437e213-rimg-w740-h740-dcf8e8d8-gmir.jpg Chakradance™ A Journey of Movement, Energy, and Inner AwakeningEach session is a moving meditation that uses sound frequencies, rhythm, and intention to open the body’s energy centers.
