Inner Alchemy: An Autumn Seasonal Immersion

Autumn is the season of letting go. Physically and energetically, we are called to release what is no longer resonant, so that during the introspective season of Winter, we may come home to who we truly are.

When you let go of blockages and "stuck" energy, your inner light shines brighter than ever.

The workshop will begin with you tapping into your inner alchemist and connecting deeply with your own light through gentle movement, breath practices, and guided journaling prompts.

Carolyn will offer a Reiki-infused seasonal attunement for Autumn, and an energy clearing ritual for letting go of blockages.

The workshop will end with a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice that will help you integrate any realizations, shifts, and breakthroughs you had throughout the session, and ground into a renewed, radiant version of yourself.
