Their music is the embodiment of the environment which surrounds and inspires them.  This inspiration is reflected in their lyrics, with themes centered around the mountains, forests, rivers and canyons of their home, as well as history, spirituality, and the human experience.

Formed in 2018 by Aaron and Haley Foelsch, this married duo channels pure sonic weight through the slow, heavy lens of doom and sludge metal. They are currently located in SW Washington and are going on tour to promote their new album Together Forever, which releases 9/2/26. What began as a music experiment found its true form in 2019: crushing riffs, pounding drums, and bleak atmospheres that drag you under.Aaron handles guitar riff-laden fury and Haley brings primal power behind the drums. Both deliver vocals straight from anguish and rage.FFF has dropped seven full-length albums of doom-drenched sludge, each one heavier than the last. Their live shows are a wall of sound and distortion, from grimy clubs to outdoor fests. They've played everywhere from The Crypt and Erebus to Porchfest, High Water Mark, Substation, and beyond. Their 2023 release Histories took them on a tour across the Pacific Northwest.They’ve crushed stages into 2024 and 2025 with high energy shows that feel more like rituals than performances. And the riffs keep coming into 2026. This is DIY doom. Sludge with soul. 

Bend stalwarts SPINA, conjure metal, doom, hardcore, and punk into their own high desert heavy sludge. Their debut, “EP ONE” was released this past February and is as diverse as the contrasting landscapes of Central Oregon. From the open high desert, foreboding forests, and towering Cascade peaks, their music wanders from nocturne ethereal grooves to stygian sludge explorations with uncompromisingly heavy guitar riffs, melodic bass lines, and crushing drums.
