alecia haselton is an alt folk/rock/pop/country singer, musician, and songwriter based in Corralitos, California. She just moved back to town after singing professionally in Nashville for 4 years. Her most recent 2025 single is called, “Sunshine Ghost,” a song she co-wrote with her late partner and bandmate Rael Candelaria in Nashville. alecia plays original and cover shows around Northern California as a solo, duo, or trio act as well as with a full band. She has an EP and six singles released, available online wherever you listen to music. She also has two music videos (one filmed in Hawai’i where she lived for two years), a lyric video, and lots of live footage and unreleased songs on her YouTube channel. Her original songs range in genre from alternative to folk to rock to emo to country and remind listeners of Jewel, Alanis Morisette, Avril Lavigne, The Cranberries, and Natalie Merchant.
