Concessions will also be available! Fill a bag for $2 sale from 12:00-1:00 at participating booths with a balloon. This is a fundraiser for Bemidji Area Schools Early Childhood porgrams so all proceeds from admissions, concessions, and the ECFE booth will go to Bemidji ECFE Parent Advisory Council to support our students, teachers, and classrooms!
