During this workshop we will be learning about all the amazing ways being creative can actually destress your mind and become a calming practice that is not only good for you but the world! We will be using their coloring book, Color Love & Kindness as a workbook and create using various techniques, practices, and exercises.

Mindful Making is all about tapping into the creativity of a busy mind and celebrating your uniqueness while sending love and kindness out to the people around us.
