Shoulder & Front Rack Workshop

We’re excited to announce a Shoulder & Front Rack Workshop led by Onward Physical Therapy on Thursday, February 12!

This workshop will take place in place of the 5:30 PM class, giving you a great opportunity to focus on improving shoulder mobility, front rack positioning, and overall comfort and efficiency in your lifts. Whether you struggle with front rack mechanics or want to move and lift better, this session will provide practical drills, education, and individualized feedback.
